Lost Username / Password?

Once you select “Set Up Account,” you will see your Username be prompted to change your password if you wish. If you prefer to keep your Member ID# as your password, you may. Simply type it in. (Your e-mail address is required in order for us to offer the “Lost Password” feature.)

You will need your 10-digit NEA Member ID Number to begin your initial registration. Here’s where to find it:

Your 10 digit NEA Member ID number is on your new NCAE membership card. Please use the numbers following the 8605.

Check your copy of the NEA Today. Your number is located on the mailing label after CODE.
You may also call NEA Member Service Center at 1-800-637-4636 Monday through Friday, from 8 AM until 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM- 1 PM (ET). They’ll be glad to assist you.
Or, send them an email (ask-us@neamb.com) requesting your NEA Member ID Number. Be sure to include your name, address, email address, and home telephone number. They’ll get back to you in one-two business days.
