Joyce Jarrett started in the position of NCAE Associate Executive Director in August 2010 after serving as NCAE’s manager of business affairs for 17 years.
As associate exec, Jarrett is continuing to work with the business office, and is also responsible for membership processing, facilities maintenance, technology infrastructure, human resources, payroll and benefits administration.
Jarrett is native to the state and grew up in northeastern North Carolina. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh, and an MBA in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. She is married and has two adult daughters.
