NCAE is reaching out to parents in North Carolina. With the help of an NEA grant, NCAE began a campaign of billboards, newspaper ads, and radio spots. Now the project has expanded to a new venue, transit busses.
We’re inviting parents to contact us for a set of free brochures that give parents helpful tips. (Click here to request free parent guides)
“In the past, we’ve attempted to reach out to parents through schools,” says NCAE President Eddie Davis. “This project is designed to include parents who, for whatever reason, usually do not get involved with their children’s schools. We want them to know the critical role they play in their child’s success and that NCAE offers free materials to help them.”
Displaying the popular ad for free parent guide brochures, busses in Asheville, Winston-Salem, High Point, Greensboro and Raleigh will promote NCAE’s parent involvement program though these ads.
The ad campaign is part of the continuing NCAE commitment to making public schools great for every child.
