Personal Statement
In my 21st year as a school counselor, I understand student services. I am running for secretary of the NCAE Student Services Division because I believe my strong interpersonal skills would be valuable in supporting leadership and general membership positions within the local organization. SSD Secretary is a role that I currently serve in and enjoy. I hope to continue contributing to the organization's initiatives with my secretarial strengths.

I am Kam A. McDonald, MSW, BSW. I am the Lead School Social Worker for Anson County Schools. I have served children and families in this position for 20 years.
