Our Leaders

What does leadership look like? All of us.
Our members elect delegates–who vote for NCAE's top officers, debate issues, and set NCAE policy. Here are your leaders, making your voice heard.
NCAE leaders work at every level to ensure the voices of teachers and all school employees are heard.

Our President & Vice President

We believe that the union should constantly identify and support the development of new leaders. We have been supporting one another in becoming better leaders for 5 years now and we are committed to continuing to do that.

Board of Directors

As a top decision-making body, our Board of Directors includes at least one director from each region of the state, as well as representatives from retired members, aspiring educators, and active members employed in ESP positions, student services, and administration.
