Union Elections

NCAE practices real union democracy by ensuring that decisions are made by educators. Members elect their own leaders at the national, state, and local levels, set priorities through representative assemblies, and shape campaigns based on the needs of their schools and communities. Every educator — bus driver, counselor, teacher, TA, custodian, nurse — has a voice and a vote. NCAE is strongest when members lead the work, make the calls, and chart the path forward together.
