Raleigh, NC - The North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE) proudly congratulates Justice Anita Earls on her re-election to the North Carolina Supreme Court.

“The re-election of Justice Earls to our state’s highest court is not only a victory for her, but for all of us," said NCAE President Christina Cole. "Justice Earls has been a steadfast champion for the right to a “sound, basic education” for every child in NC, and she will continue that work on the bench. Strong public schools depend on a strong democracy and judges committed to defending it. Tonight’s victory is another important step toward ensuring that our democracy remains strong and that the future is bright for the Tar Heel State.”
