Your issue is very important to us, and we look forward to working together to help you. The Advocacy Center will respond to emergency matters immediately impacting your employment status first, and then in the order received for all other matters. 

The Advocacy Center will be conducting an internal audit and will only handle emergency matters impacting members’ employment from June 23 - 27, 2025. We will do our best to contact you at our earliest convenience.

Please note: NCAE is closed for the week of June 30 – July 4th in conformity with our collective bargaining agreement. We will respond to requests for assistance in the order received during the week beginning July 7th.
